products are normally sold in the 220/240 V, 50 Hz version.
A 110/120 V, 60 Hz version shall be specifically requested in
the order form.
Prices,
Merchandising Terms
Prices are subject tovariation without notice. At the moment of order, a
Proforma Invoice will be sent to you. All prices are deemed
“ex-works”
our factory in NOICATTARO, BARI, ITALY. A Packing Surcharge
equal to two
(2) per cent of order’s amount will be applied on all
merchandise.
Payment of merchandise is accepted only in
advance by T/Texcept for rare case in which it is allowed payment by irrevocable
L/C. Discount and sales on merchandise can be managed by LED
sales office during the negotiation.
Date
of Export, Seller’s Bank, Damages due to Transport
Upon receiving a Proforma Invoice, the
Buyer will arrange relevant funds transfer and immediately
will send a copy of paperworktothe Seller.
Actual shipment of Merchandise to take place immediately upon
Seller's Bank official notification of funds transfer.

Upon receiving merchandise, verify any possible damage due to
transport. Should merchandise be damaged, contact the courier.
Claims for any sort
of damages can only be filed against the courier.
Consignee shall notify LED ITALY about any discrepancies
within eight (8) days after the date of delivery.
Warranty
covering equipment sold by LED ITALY
While LED ITALY shall not be held responsible for damages due
to IMPROPER USE of its products, all products are guaranteed
defect-free and properly operating according to relevant
specifications.
Failure to appropriately ground equipment or attempting
modifications or repairs thereto, renders this warranty
delated and void. In the event of actual defects on equipment
sold by LED ITALY, Buyer has two (2) under-warranty options: (AAA)
return equipment, freight pre-paid, to LED ITALY. Our
technicians will establish the probable cause of malfunction
and, where applicable, will replace/repair/substitute
defective part(s), bench-test the equipment and LED ITALY will
ship it back to Buyer, freight pre-paid;
(BBB)
after notification of malfunction, Buyer may be allowed to
troubleshoot and disassemble defective part(s), and ship them
freight pre-paid to LED ITALY. Our technicians will establish
the probable cause of malfunction and, where applicable, carry
out replacement(s)/repair(s)/substitution(s) and bench test
those part(s) free of charge. Then, LED ITALY will ship those
part(s) back to Buyer, freight prepaid. In the event above
mentioned replacement(s)/repair(s)/substitution(s) fall under
a category not covered by this warranty, Buyer has a third
option, (CCC)
according to which, a relevant spare part can be purchased at
then-current, applicable price while labor costs will be
charged to Buyer according to an agreementbetween both parts, itemized rate.
Dispute
Resolution Provisions
In the event of a dispute, the disputing party shall submit a
written notification clearly stating the substance and scope
of the dispute, the disputing party position relative thereto,
including legal and factual justifications there for, the
remedy sought, and any other pertinent matters. If, within ten
(10) working days as of such written notification, the parties
have not succeeded in negotiating a resolution of the dispute,
the parties shall submit the dispute to the Court of Bari,Italy.
